SHIPPING

 Ariel’s Candle Shop packages will be shipped via USPS.

Domestic

Priority: Shipping in 1-3 business days

First Class: Shipping in 1–5 Business Days; Small Packages in 2–5 Business Days

 

International:

Shipping varies by destination. Estimated: 6-10 business days

 

Please note the above times may be extended during holiday schedule

All shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout

 

REFUNDS

Ariel’s Candle Shop ensures that all products are carefully inspected prior to being shipped. Due to the nature of our handmade products, candles, wax melts, and sprays that are used can’t be returned or refunded.

If your items experience any damage during shipment, we can replace, or provide a refund (less shipping and handling) as long as image proof is provided within 5 days of delivery.

Please allow up to 7 days for processing a refund.

 

EXCHANGES

All unused items can be returned within 10 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges at this time. Please note that for returned items, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
